Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they form the basis of a contract between Lens-scape and you (the Client).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders submitted to Lens-scape. By submitting an order by whatever means available you are confirming that you agree with the Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse to print an image if the Client does not confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions or if the Client breaches the Terms and Conditions.

We accept credit and debit card payment and personal cheques. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Confirmation that your order has been received will be sent to you by email.

Work will commence on an order following confirmation that the payment has been cleared.

We reserve the right to refuse to process and print any image submitted to Lens-scape which is offensive or pornographic or has other illegal or inappropriate content. In the event that such an image is submitted to Len-scape we reserve the right to record the IP address of the computer used to upload the image to our site and to inform the relevant Authorities. The details recorded may be provided to the relevant Authorities.

In submitting an image to Lens-scape the Client confirms that they own all rights necessary for the reproduction and publication of the image or that they hold written permission to use the image for reproduction purposes. All copyright and intellectual property rights attached to any image submitted to Lens-scape are retained by the Client.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions the Client agrees to indemnify us, our staff and Company against any legal action, claim, damages, liability costs and expenses which may result from the infringement of copyright, intellectual property right or trade mark arising from the reproduction or processing of any image submitted by the Client.

Lens-scape will make every effort to handle with care any image or artwork submitted by post for processing and printing. In the unlikely event that an image or artwork is damaged as a result of negligent handling by us, we will be liable only for the value of the material used in the image or artwork and not for the sentimental value or the aesthetic value of the work. We therefore strongly recommend that only a duplicate of the image or artwork is posted to Lens-scape and that the original work is retained by the Client.

The quality of a photographic reproduction undertaken by Lens-scape will depend on the quality of the image or artwork submitted by the Client. On some occasions, due to the quality of the submitted work there may be some reduction in the quality of the final print. In the event that an image is received which in our opinion will not provide a print of acceptable quality at the size requested we shall contact the Client to discuss the options available.

Due to variable drying times particularly with canvas prints your order will be despatched approximately 7 to 10 days from the date that your payment is cleared.

It is the responsibility of the Client to check for damage that may have occurred during transit. You must report any damage within 24 hours of receipt of the package in order that we can claim compensation from the Carrier on your behalf and reprint the image for you.
